VKS Associates, LLC, specializes in training and consulting in the area of Improving Process Implementation. Bank Your Time, with the motto "Seize the Day, then Seize Tomorrow" provides training in the eponymous course in Task Management for Individual Efficiency Improvement and Personal Productivity Enhancement. While this is well within the scope of VKS Associates' services, the rest of VKS Associates' services apply strictly to corporate settings whereas Bank Your Time applies to individuals - executives, secretaries, artists, architects, doctors, teachers, accountants, housewives, nurses, ... in short, everyone! Bank Your Time stands apart from other services offered by VKS Associates, LLC. Bank Your Time is available to all who wish to improve their lives through better efficiency and productivity.

Prakash Rao is a Member of VKS Associates, LLC and serves as President and CEO of Bank Your Time. With over twenty-one years' experience in software development and management thereof, Prakash holds two Masters' Degrees - one in Computer Engineering and the other an MBA in Finance from the prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. He developed Bank Your Time as a tool to assist him in software development management. It has since evolved into a powerful efficiency and productivity program.
